It was a revelation for the owners that they themselves had chosen the “Homebody” at the meeting, which, judging by the minutes drawn up, the managers held from March to April of this year in all fifteen houses.

For a newcomer to the housing management market, getting so many houses at once is more than strange. Nothing is known about Domostroy, and so far it has not shown itself in any way. The company received a license in the spring of 2021, it has no houses on its balance sheet. There is one office and that one in the city of Zvenigorod, there is not even a telephone. The authorized capital of the company is 10 thousand rubles, net assets are in the red, and the last two years have been unprofitable. So often former employees of this company come to meetings with residents together with Domostroy. It can be assumed that the latter helps the former accumulate as many houses as possible in management. The fact is that the Ministry of Construction has adopted the Industry Development Strategy, according to which guarantee managers will appear on the market. They will be endowed with a wider range of powers, and most importantly – state subsidies.

ServiceGrad is unlikely to become a monopolist, but PIK-Comfort is quite. There is a lot of talk in the industry that they are affiliated with each other. In 2015, Comfort handed over 18 of its houses to ServiceGrad for servicing. And, as you know, there are already legends about the scandalous PIK Group. The last time she left 2.5 thousand houses in Voronezh to the mercy of fate. Their inhabitants are now dealing with resource workers and unpaid debts themselves. “ServiceGrad”, by the way, sins the same. They even opened a criminal case against their managers, because they owe MIPC PJSC 92 million rubles for thermal energy.
